Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped within approximately 3-7 business days, please allow longer for some regional towns. Shipping times will vary for international orders. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. For delivery to Queensland, Western Australia and Northern Territory states please allow an extra 3-5 days. Shipping times to remote and Island locations within Australia may take longer.

To ensure your item arrives safely, we use StarTrack which have tracking or a reference number.

Ace Industrial is not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address, please ensure your delivery address is correct.

We use StarTrack for most orders. Orders over 20kg will incur a handling fee based on weight of the item sent. 30kg orders and over, cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Deliveries are made on a week day, during business hours.

In store pick up is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (except public holidays)
