Refund Policy

A 14 day return policy is offered to all orders.

To return your items send an email to online@ace-industrial.com.au with your name and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.

Item must be received by us within 14 days of contacting us.
Item must be in new condition, in original packaging, in a re-sale condition and not used.
Refunds will be processed once your item has arrived.
Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility.

If your item is damaged in transit or is not working, you must contact Ace Industrial within 5 working days so we can immediately replace your item.

Warranty

All items are sold with manufacturer’s warranty. Should your item be faulty within this time, your item will be repaired or replaced. Warranty only covers product defects, it does not apply to regular wear and misuse.
